REQUISITES

* A soundcard.
* Linux Kernel with audio (OSS) support.
* GTK+ 2.0 library.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Extract the sources from the tar-gz file:

  tar xvzf lingot-1.0.0.tar.gz

2. Enter in the sources directory and run the configure script:

  cd lingot-1.0.0
  ./configure

3. If the step 2 doesn't report any error, you can compile and install
the program. Enter the following commands as root:

  make
  make install

4. That's all folks! The program is successfully installed. Simply
enter the 'tuner' command to run it.
