You might object that this folder is useless since samples are already in
the sample directory and instruments could be extracted from .xm files.

In fact the point is that it's both tiring and boring to always spend time
deciding which "RelNote" to assign to an instrument and such things. So I'be
decided to set up some "conventions" once for all, stick to it, and of course
make all the tools I use to make musics available to others, and this includes
.xi files.

You first need to know that I play the sousaphone / trombone / trumpet in Bb so
this implies that when I think "C" you hear "Bb". All the musics I compose are
like this, for it's just so easier for me. Think of it as an habit. Therefore
all my instruments are done so that when you ask your tracker to play "D" you
hear "C". You've been warned 8-)

Note about the samples:
- the alesis_* series seem to be C2 notes. Therefore I use a "RelNote" of 39,
so you need to play "D2" if you want to hear the original sample. Some samples
use different "RelNote" settings like 51 for instance (1 octave lower).
- the proteus_c3* series are obviously C3 notes. So I use a "RelNote" of 27,
and you need to play "D3" if you want to hear the original sample. Still some
samples, like "chrorg", use a "RelNote" of 15.
- the typhoon_* series are mostly drums therefore it's hard to decide what
note they are. Play "D3" to hear the original sample. Note that for some
samples it might be interesting to use C or another note since they can
truely be recognized as "real notes" and note plain noise.
